Did you see my post a couple of weeks ago about doing things that scare you? That post was inspired by my plans to attend the Guardian Changing Media Summit for a second year running.
Last week marked one year living in my current flat. That’s the longest I’ve ever lived somewhere (other than before uni when I lived at home with my parents) and the reason I’m staying another year is because we love the place.
One of the hardest times of day for staying on track with your healthy eating goals is mid-afternoon. It’s called the mid-afternoon slump for a reason!
The problem with living in London is that no matter how many things you tick off, the bucket list of things to do here only seems to get bigger.
Can you believe we’re a month into 2016 already? We’ve made it through January! And with the longest,
HAPPY NEW YEAR! How has your year been?
I’m sure there have been some things throughout 2015 that you thought you should do.
